The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for those using the intercity bus terminal as their main mode of transportation. Being close to both the bus terminal and the airport made it easy to get around the city. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and generous. They provided us with all the information we needed and even went out of their way to help us book a cab and navigate the nearby markets and marts.

There were a few areas where the hotel could be improved. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, with some guests mentioning issues like old hair dryers and the need for upgrades to certain amenities.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was conveniently situated near the bus station and close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, it was great that there was a convenience store nearby, so we could easily grab snacks and drinks whenever we needed them.

One of the major drawbacks of our stay was the language barrier. As a tourist spot, we expected the hotel staff to be able to communicate in English, but unfortunately, they weren't able to understand our needs and explain things to us properly.
